I’ve always been drawn to the night sky. Something about those stars just stuck with me as a kid. But it wasn’t until Labor Day weekend in 2023 that I finally dove into astronomy and astrophotography. I was vacationing in Hocking Hills State Park and stopped by an astronomy park, just out of curiosit

That’s where I met a retired engineer with the most incredible telescope I’d ever seen. He looked at me and said, “Nick, this is my second career—just without the paycheck.” That line hit me. I went home, bought my first scope, and the rest is history.

Now I’m out here in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania chasing clear skies, capturing deep space, and learning something new every night. Follow along as I share my journey through the stars — one image at a time.
